Cil's humble Halloween beginnings started way back at 1999 in her parents garage. Deemed a "get together," quickly turned into a full blown PAAARTY before the trick or treaters stopped knocking on the door. With each successive year getting bigger and less plausible to hold a party of such scale in any of her friends' parents houses, she picked up her cobwebs and case of vodka and moved it to San Francisco.
From club locations all over San Francisco, Cil's Halloween parties always draw the choice crowd. From Social Club, The Cellar, Sugar Cafe, Bambuddha Lounge, Butterfly and Circolo, the Halloween party goers just keep growing and get more creative every year.
